i have a kinda annoying problem since i had a reface cs

first of all I do have a Soundmondo account and have been logged in.
My Reface CS shows as connected on the Soundmondo site, but when I browse to a sound and try to sync it, it goes to the save sound page and nothing i can do
i read something about this situation i already did some of them i mean cleared chrome cache after all still same problem im using mac my chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
is there anything to do solve this problem

btw soundmondo app is working great
