does the mx49 have a intro/main/fill and ending for the rhythm pattern or drums.

No. The Yamaha keyboards that feature Intro/Fill-ins/Endings (called "STYLES") are in the PSR-E and PSR-S series.
The MX is a multi-timbal synthesizer designed to be used with a computer/laptop. It has a built-in MIDI and audio interface so it can be used directly with a computer via USB as music production system.
