The Reface CP is such a great mobile instrument — but it has two major shortcomings. These are annoying, because they are so easily fixable in firmware.

1. There is no way to adjust key sensitivity. Even several preset curves would be better than nothing: the current default is something many people complain about.

2. The natural piano sound is hidden and can be accessed only by placing the knob between settings, which is inconvenient, wears out the knob, and there is a risk of it snapping back during play.

I would humbly suggest that both of these are easily fixable using the current turn-on-hold-keys scheme:

1. Assign several keys to preset pressure curves and let me set the default by doing the hold-key-while-turning-on trick. The instrument should remember the default.

2. In the same way, provide an option to swap the "toy piano" sound with the "real piano" sound.

Dear Yamaha, these changes are not expensive or difficult to implement, and your customers would love you DEARLY.
