Hello. My Reface CS is unable to sync sounds on Soundmondo (web version on Windows 10). It works fine on another of my computers, so there's no issue with the Reface itself or the USB cable. Chrome is up to date, and I've installed the latest drivers- the Reface shows up as Yamaha USB-MIDI Driver (WDM) on Device Manager, with the status of "This device is working properly". It's attached directly to the PC, not through a hub. It shows as connected on the Soundmondo site, but when I browse to a sound and try to sync it, it goes to the save sound page. Any ideas what the issue could be? Thanks in advance.

We need to determine why one of your computers works and another does not. Just tried to log on, and everything seems fine (Windows 10).

Ok, thanks. What info do you need about the computer that isn't working?

What's different between your computer where it works and the one that doesn't. I'm not really a computer troubleshooter (my forte is Yamaha synths) I am able to currently get on with all the reface on several systems, including a Windows 10, Mac, an iPad with the iOS app, an Android tablet... all working.

You should compare exact settings - I'm no expert on this but seems this is Device specific.

Just tried it on a third computer as a test, it also didn't work. What settings in particular should I be looking at to compare? Or do you have contact info for a support person with more knowledge on the computer side of things for Soundmondo? Thanks.

There appears to be an issue with the Soundmondo site - there are issues at various times. Since this is, or at least appears to be, an issue with the website, the post gets quicker reaction in the 'Site Feedback' forum (versus the 'reface' forum), but those able to look into it have been informed, hopefully, a resolution is upcoming. Sorry for the inconvenience, please standby
