Hello,
I turned on my Reface DX last night and everything work except the screen is blank. The backlight is working, there is just nothing displayed.
I did a factory reset and I also tried adjusting the contract, but still no display.
Powering with the supplied power adaptor, I also tried with batteries. Same result.
I was using it last week and it worked fine.When not in use it is stored in it's bag. I definitely have not abused this synth, and I am the first owner.
Is there anything else I can try?

You’ll want to contact Customer Support. They tend to have info and would probably know what your next step should be.

It seems to have self-resolved, though it didn't work for a couple of days.
I thought maybe the screen ribbon might have been touching off something inside.
If the problem returns I'll contact support as you suggest.
