No specific video is needed because the role of the computer, be it a Windows PC or a Mac, is only to download the updater zipped file and then to copy the updater file to the root directory of a USB stick. Beyond that you don’t need the computer.

If you are not sure about downloading, unzipping and copying the file to a USB stick, let us know.
The updater File is “8N70OS_.PGM” it must be copied to the root directory of the USB stick.

Read the instructions included with the download. It requires you hold the “magic buttons” while powering on the instrument... this will cause it to access the updater File and the rest is just patience while the MONTAGE reads the file from the USB stick.
When it completes, the screen will instruct you to reboot.

Remember to save a backup file before to proceed your pudate, if you are under OS 1.20 or 1.10 or 1.11 you can directly update to 1.60 but you cannot done a backup file that come with OS 1.50 so save an user file and be sure you have on your computer all your library file too, the pdate can delete user and library data, depend from how current version you update from.
