Hello there,
sorry, how is it possible to transpose 1 semitone down the master tune of the Reface YC?

Hold down A3 - C#4 - E4 while powering On refaceYC
All the lights in the Wave section will light to indicate you are set to Transpose.
While holding down D2 (the lowest D), touch B3 (-1) this will lower the reface by one semitone. (No sound is produced)
Release the D2 key
All lights in the Wave area light up... wait until they do... this is being stored to your reface...
Play the refaceYC to verify the change...
Power down. Your refaceYC will be one semitones down.
Page 23 of the VERSION 1.30 Supplemental Manual - your YC must be updated to version 1.30 for this function.

Sorry Bad Mister...
The transpose function is working only when I play the keyboard itself,
if I control the module via MIDI by an external controller, the transpose function is no more effective.
Could you please help me?

The Transpose function IS working... That’s how it works: TRANSPOSE is a function of transmitting. The Transpose function changes what the KEYBOARD sends OUT. It does NOT, repeat, does not, change the Tone Generator’s response.
You need to transpose your external controller
