Hello guys, I am new here , this is my first post... I have been using a s90xs yamaha for a few months, and I have some questions about that ...
1. WhenI use the performance mode, I also use the drum, or use presets performance mode ... in this mode, pressing the utility button/ general/ page 5/8, there is beat function, which means...4/4 , 6/8...so on, if I change the beat in a real time, there is nothing happened, if I change the tempo function, I can hear that it is change , also on this page, if I change the output sel from L&R to asL&R and the cables also, there is no sound, somebody know about this or use by this way ?
2. when I play at keyboard and I use the headphones, I like the sound, is full, stereo, I really like it, but when I use the speakers, behringer b2031a and the subwoofer b2092a, and mixer xenyx 1622fx, I have tried many settings, the sound is not full, sounds as a mono, is closed sound, I dislike really, if I use the music from laptop or phone by the same way, mixer and speakers, the sound is full , nice, I am wrong with something ?Is there something which I should do ? Is there a possibility to hear in speakers what I hear in headphones ? thanks in advance

You cannot change the Time Signature of recorded data - Time Signature must be set before music is recorded or written. So Nothing happens is right. Say you are have a piece of music that is written in 4/4 time - changing the time signature AFTER the fact will only (at best) change the way the count is shown, it does not change the music to a Waltz. It will count 1-2-3-1 for the first measure, and 2-3-1-2 for the second measure and 3-1-2-3 for the third measure - It will still sound the same only the counter will look wacky. Because ... you cannot change the Time Signature of recorded data.

Not enough information on your setting the OUTPUT SELECT to asL&R, Each PART of a PERFORMANCE or MULTI has an OUTPUT SELECT, what did you change. Not enough information to answer you, sorry.

Your headphones are likely stereo. If your sound system is degrading your sound, then it is time to investigate your setup. You should really consult the manufacturer of your speakers, subwoofer, and mixer, to get their best advice.

If you are using the sound system in MONO, then you are degrading the sound. STEREO sounds way better than MONO... people argued a bit back in the 1950's when stereo first became popular, but like black & white movies gave way to color movies, once you go there you can never go back. (Oh, okay rarely, but only for a goof)!!!

Maintain the stereo routing to fully enjoy your instrument. The worst thing you can do is to sum a stereo OUTPUT into a MONO system. This will defeat your highs and your lows and leave you with a boxy sounding mid-rangy sound. If you cannot maintain the signal path where left goes to left and right goes to right. then for heaven's sake only connect one cable to the keyboard output.

If you absolutely, positively cannot operate in STEREO, then only connect with one cable from the "L/Mono" output of the keyboard. Never, never, never combine LEFT and RIGHT OUTPUT to a single MONO channel. That will cause phase cancellation and degrade your sound!!!
