How can I set my S90XS so that when I turn it on it loads my chosen voice (piano) by default? I can select piano with a few button presses, but there must be a set default button. But I can't find it 🙂

See page 135 of the S90 XS/S70 XS Reference Manual.
You can set the instrument to Power On to several different locations, among them is the first location of User 1 in Voice Mode. If you select this as your Power On Mode option, and you store your Piano in the User 1 location, you will achieve your goal.
Press [UTILITY]
Select "General"
Find "Power On Mode"
Make your selection and press [STORE] to write this to your instrument's System settings.
