Launch the app, go to GUI Editor, under Synth/Sampler - Track DX - Sound Design - Operators, on top of the screen there's an arrow for switching between op1 - op4. But when switching the operator, the 1st switch that decides whether this operator is on or off always labeled as 'op1', though this switch still functions correctly (for the operator that you choose using the top arrows). 
I found this on the Windows version of the app, I don't use Seqtrak app on other platforms though, so I'm not sure if this only happens on Windows PCs or else.

Maybe (probably) there's something messed up. Bug reporting I would use Ideascale to report what you find ( https://yamahasynth.ideascale.com/ ). The idea you present would be to make "op1" properly reflect the selected operator in the Windows app and possibly all other variants (MacOS, iOS, etc).
Support may get you somewhere but the folks who are more directly connected to the software developers and engineers are involved in weekly reviews of the Ideascale system.
