Last monday, I just bought Yamaha CP88. Tbh, it's an awesome board.

Three days later, i found Soundmondo. But i just did not know how to configure Midi settings on Yamaha CP88. It seems the Live Set from Soundmondo was not bulk any Live Set to my board, but the status of Soundmondo has Connected. I reconsider to use Soundmondo App in iOS version. Maybe it's easier and stable than the chrome version.

Any guide for configure Midi settings and configure midi channel on Yamaha CP88? In order to bulk my Live Set to Soundmondo or bulk someone's Live Set from Soundmondo to my board.

Greetings from Asia.

The iOS app has a higher success rate. Less things to go wrong.

Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R

OK, I'll try when my lightning to USB 3 camera adapter arrived, maybe on Sunday. Thanks.

Any guide for configure Midi settings and configure midi channel on Yamaha CP88?

In the CP88, press the [MENU] button.
Go to “General” > MIDI Settings” > “MIDI Port” > USB > make sure it is set to On. That pretty much is all you need to setup in the CP88. Connect your instrument to your computer using a USB 2.0 cable and whatever adapter you need to get USB into your computer.

If you are Signed In and the program reports Connected... you need to then click “BROWSE”
Refine the items shown by clicking on the “CP” icon (you will only be able to transfer CP sounds to your instrument).
While the Browser is showing you the CP uploads, select one by double clicking the graphic or the Name (if you click the author’s name you’ll see all items uploaded by this member).

In a second or two the screen will shown you the item’s description page - you can find out about the author, you can read their description of the sound, and even listen to their SoundCloud (Wav) entry or view their video (if they have provided one). In order to transfer this program to your instrument, you must click “SYNC”.

It is this action, clicking “Sync”, that will bulk the data to the Edit Buffer of your CP88... You can now move to your CP88 and play the sound... you can even explore the programming... if you wish to keep this item - on your CP88 front panel press [STORE]
Target a location in your internal memory in which to store it.
