Hello,
Can you help me out?
I'm using Mac OS X yosemite 10.10.5 with Google Chrome version 54.0.2840.71
When I connect my reface DX the browser shows it is connected but the light is dull, not bright and it won't let me sync.
If I try to sign into the soundmondo page I am able to access the sign in screen but when I enter my password/account info the browser loads the next page which is blank with the yamaha soundmondo header.
Hoping to get this thing working.

Same thing happens for me on OSX 10.9

I tried three hours get into, until i read this here. My Sysrem Win 7 Sp1 and Chrome.
please fix it soon.:(

There were earlier issues with Soundmondo, but they have been resolved.
Please try it again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
