We need a status update on fixing Soundmondo site issues.
Ive got a Reface CS that will not sync any voices to or from the Soundmondo site. Is the issue on my end or is the site indeed still down?

My reface is connected but no sync will be exceeded. It´s not possible to save sounds.
I just owned the cs for two days. If this situation is "normal". I´ll send my CS back to the retailer

Cannot sync my reface DX. Hit sync button and just loads the save voice fields.
OSX El Capitan 10.11.6
Chrome: Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)
Created Soundmondo account, registered and logged in.

I wasn´t a chrome user until i bought the reface cs. It´s a fresh installation. But i tried this: Under Chrome/About Google Chrome/Settings/Advanced/Privacy and Security/Clear Browsing Data
But there is sadly no difference. After using the "sync" button the window changed to the screen in the attached picture. No Sound changed at my reface and nothing happened if i press the save button.
