Hello Soundmondo fans,

some of you may already be familiar with the Soundmondo SysEx Pseudo-Mirror website that I have been maintaining for some years now:

This website provides an easy way to download all freely available patches from Yamaha's Soundmondo website in the form of a big collection of Sytem Exclusive (*.syx) files that can be stored locally on your computer. No need to connect to the Soundmondo website via the internet, no need for a Chrome browser, no need for a WebMIDI connection, no need for an iPhone or iPad. Also, as an extra service, I have removed all (many!) duplicate patches before publishing them on my mirror. Not that I don't like Yamaha's Soundmondo app (iOS only) & website (Chrome required). I think they are great. My mirror just gives everyone a convenient extra option for a different workflow. Thousands of patches are already available for the Reface, Montage, MODX, CP, YC and CK keyboards.

To make this possible I created a script that grabbed the webdata directly from the Yamaha Soundmondo website. For example to grab a recent Reface DX patch called "Lead from Jupiter" the data (with some extra effort) could be read from this URL:  <a href=" removed link " target="_blank" rel="noopener"> removed link

Unfortunately since januari 2025 it seems Yamaha has changed the way the website works, and the above API does not work anymore. Last mirror I was able to make was 06-01-2025. Yamaha, please help me keep my service alive and give me an alternative API that makes it possible for me to view/download Soundmondo voicedata!
