I'm wondering whether the two .SYX files to load into DX5 internal memory are still avaliable somewhere.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
I am sure that all the factory DX5 sounds have found their way through the FM CONVERTER. Would it be useful for those to be organized in some fashion for use?
The DX5 was like two DX7 engines in one keyboard. You can easily recreate this with two FM-X PARTS in a MONTAGE Performance. If you have a listing of the sounds, we can (perhaps) locate them quicker. While I can remember (almost) all of the original DX7 sounds, the DX5 had a different basic setup.
Thanks for your reply Bad Mister.
I'm trying to replicate the sound used in this
It seems an Electric Piano with a modified envelope... What do you think?
Regards
What makes you think this is factory sound?
I'm simply guessing... Nothing is for sure. I did an attempt to understando how to replicate that sound. That's it 🙂
I have DX5 and all SysEx files including Performances. Let me know if you still need them.
