Emagic was acquired by Apple who unfortunately discontinued SoundDiver (1993-2002) ... 🙁

Another alternative - if you don't mind to use any JAVA-based tool - would be to google for "JSynthLib".
It's a "universal" MIDI synthesizer librarian/editor - and It's free.

DX Manager is a graphical editor and patch manager for classic FM synths ... 🙂
