Can you assign Touch or Footswitch 2 to different settings per Live Set? In anticipation of a no, I have already posted about it on Ideascale but wanted to check to here make sure I'm not missing something. Thanks...

You can certainly assign Foot Controller 2 to any destination parameter listed on page 60 in the second column.

[SETTINGS] button → “Controllers” → “Foot Controller 1” / “Foot Controller 2” → “Assign.”

Thanks Bad Mister...yes...understand you can do that with the controllers...I like to use a switch as a momentary controller...habit I got from the PX 5S which allows you to assign it differently per its version of a Live Set. I use it for both on board and VST sounds... a lot for synth modulation...like on The Cars tunes...press and hold for modulation...release and it's off. But I also like to use it for rotary slow/fast for organs. I know you guys put a ton of flexibility into the YC...just being greedy and hoping for a little more.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you want, but Settings are per Live Set (are they not?)

Yes...but it only allows you to set foot pedals (controllers) not Footswitch Assignable (or the sustain pedal for that matter...but I can understand limiting its uses). You can only set the target for Footswitch Assignable...(which I've been calling 2...my bad) in Menu/General/Keyboard-Pedal/Footswitch Assign which cannot be saved with a Live Set...it's a global setting. To get even pickier...I could leave the footswitch set to CC 85 which is the rotary slow/fast but that makes it send a signal alternating on and off so I have to press it twice. As I said I like to use it to hold and release for immediate on/off to add and discontinue an effect. Again...just used to that from the PX 5S.
