Phil, I have SONGS & PATTERNS that I play back with live play over them. i have everything output to powered speakers. I recently added a voice processor which adds harmony using either MIDI input, or audio (line level inputs.) It prioritizes MIDI signals over audio for chord recognition. When I start the sequencer to playback either a SONG or PATTERN and then play live over it, does the Motif send everything (all notes and CC messages) thru MIDI? I am thinking Yes, shouldn't matter whether the SEQ or keyboard triggers the notes, it should all get sent thru my MIDI output. correct?

Yes, but… we have to mention the word/concept of “MIDI Channels”.
Each Track will determine what MIDI Channel the data will transmit Out on.

You can have the vocal device receive from what you play “live”, or you can have it follow what is recorded to a Track, by selecting to use the MIDI Channel on which the Track is Transmitting.

If you are using the vocal device to follow what you play, select the MIDI Channel of the Track you are playing… if, however, you want to have it follow chord harmonies from a track you are not triggering with the Keys directly (data is pre-recorded), you can, by setting the appropriate channel for the vocal device to follow.
