I have checked the OS version of the my MOTIF XF it says 1.2
I have checked the Yamaha support site they have two updates ver 1.4 and ver1.5
My question is can I directly update to ver 1.5 or do I have to first do 1.4 and then 1.5.

You can go directly to 1.50 because it includes all previous changes and fixes.
