Is it possible to record or sequence tracks to create and store a song on the Yamaha S90 ES internally? IF not, how do I do it?

No, the S-series are basically Motifs without the Integrated Sampler and Sequencer.
S90 = Motif
S90 ES = Motif ES
S90 XS/S70 XS = Motif XS

Thank you. Can you recommend what kind of external sequencer for this product? I'm not a heavy user.... mainly play cover songs with heavy keys. I'm fairly novice about it.
