I have just bought a yamaha vl 70 to use with my wx 11 and not sure if I have set it up properly?? There seem to be glitches with a lot of the sounds not emerging consistently - some notes are much louder than others and others barely emerge at all but nothing is consistent - the same note will sometimes work fine- no such problems with my old module wt 11 - are there any incompatibility issues or can I set it up better. I have restored the factory settings and am using a wx lead

You do well to contact Customer Support. The combo you are talking about dates back almost 19 years - you may be fortunate enough to get a hold of one of our VL/WX experts. You should get very expressive realtime control, you cannot judge the quality of any sounds until you can control them properly. The settings are critical and personal.
