Recently picked up a Reface CS.
I was curious if there was any way to change parameters (patches) via computer to the synth, or any way to store patches.

You can store reface CS Voices to the Yamaha "reface Capture" iOS app (available in the Apple Store) and shortly you will be able to store your Voices with the MIDI enabled Chrome browser. (SoundMondo website).
