Can I control the delay effect from foot switch #2 on the CP88? I saw this You Tube video and looks like I can . . . but not sure how to make this for foot switch #2 only. Thank you.

Please clarify - do you mean foot controller #2? There is no 'foot switch #2' - there is only a foot controller #2.
Are you wanting to use foot controller #2 or the assignable foot switch as in the video?
The video uses the assignable foot switch and you can use that also for the delay effect.
See pages 18, 19, 30 and 40 of the owner manual
