I know that the CP4 has 12 semitones transposition, but does it have fine tuning as well. For example to change the A440 to A448.5Hz?

We moved your post to the CP4/40 forum as it is about the CP4, not the CP1.
The CP4 can be tuned up (+102.3 cents) or down (-102.4 cents) this translates to being if A3 = A440 to a range of 466.8Hz through 414.7Hz
