I need to fit a right angled jack plug onto my FC3 sustain pedal with my C4 since I don't want the plug to stick out very far. I have already changed the power plug kettle lead to a right angled type and my audio out R and L are right angled too. Is this a very simple task. I realise that the plug needs to allow for half damping as well as switching and I am wondering how to wire it.
Hope this makes sense!
Answering my own question maybe a right angle stereo 6.3 mm adapter might work and save any necessary wiring or soldering. Am I correct?
I believe your thinking is correct. I am certain such adapters exist (to solve just the issue you are dealing with). This would avoid having to cut and solder - it will most likely solve the issue. And in the long run may even cost less!
Thanks for your help. Yes I think it will work OK as long as I buy the correct adapter!

It will either work or not, no harm in trying.
Just a follow up. I purchased a right angle plug adaptor for the pedal and it works fine.
Excellent! Thanks for the follow up!
