I have required many times the Service Manual of my CP4 STAGE due I need to disassembly it for make a deep cleaning of dust into the keyboard.
I use to clean all my electronic instruments personally, includding several Yamaha electronic pianos that I have (PF-80, P80, P90).
Although I have sent lots of messages to the Yamaha Support nobody replies.
I am a registered user and old customer of the company, so there is not any excuse for to not reply.
It is impossible to buy the manual thru the Yamaha Support sites and no other solution is provided to the customers.

It may differ depending on where in the world you live. But if you are in the USA, just go to the USA.yamaha.com site and search “Service Manual”
You are instructed how to request a product Service Manual, and directed to the “Yamaha 24x7” site where you can purchase the Service Manual for the product of your choice.

I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The “Yamaha 24x7” site does not list the Service Manual of the CP4 STAGE for to be purchased by the common customers and I can´t access to the distributors/dealers site.
Neither the International Tech Support nor the local tech support in Buenos Aires repply to the requests.
I don´t know how is in USA, but it looks that Yamaha has at the present very few interest in the customers of the other countries.
