Working in Pattern Mode to construct songs using sections as verse, chorus, etc.....I want to create an 8 measure bridge as a new pattern section using only meas 9-16 from another section within the same pattern. What is the best JOB to do this? I was looking for a simple copy/paste job for the few measures I wanted but those jobs seem only available linearly in song mode. I tried split pattern first. This did create the 8 measure bridge I wanted but it also cut / split my source leaving me with only measures 1-8 there. I checked the keep phrase box thinking that would leave my source as-is but not. Is there any Job to create new track sections using only a portion of other sections without disturbing my source?
