Hello there! I have bought an ES7 from a guy and its my first synth-workstation!
As it happens to be old, the guy didn't have the CDs that came with it.
I'm mostrly interested in the extra content cd, as I can find updated software on the site.
After a bit of research i found the part number of the CD I seek and it is: X4219B0R (I believe)
Is there any way I could get it? Even in digital form?
I'm located in Greece.

There were three CDROMs
1) had the SQ01v2 Windows software, the Editors (Multi Part, Voice)
2) had additional Voice and Sample files
3) had Editors for the optional PLG expansion boards
The Editors can be downloaded from http://download.yamaha.com
The SQ01 is defunct...
The Voice and Sample files are worth tracking down. (I'll see if I can find them). They will require you get DIMMs for Sample RAM.
The PLG Board Editors also long in the tooth may not run on today's computer operating systems.

I can see the reason you recommend that!
I bought DIMMS as well (that was hard!)
but i can't find nothing on the additional Voice and Sample files. (Impossible! phew!)
FYI if the part number is correct there is a site that sells it but does not ship it to Greece!

It's free data, they should not be charging for it. I have located it on an old computer drive!!! - I'll now have to look into getting it posted somewhere so you can download load it... I think it is too big to just link here. Standby.
