I’m currently trying to fix my XS6. Yesterday The Whole PNA-PNB And Audio out stopped to work while I was playing.

I have the electrical knowledge to do most of the work and I have a decent understanding of reading schematics

After troubleshooting here are my findings:

1- it seems that a random tapping on the keyboard right under the Transport controls bring it back to life.

2- When The PNA-PNB button aren’t working, The “Remote Control is the only LED that still respond to its buttons.

3- None of the faders appear to be working and no audio is output from the Keyboard.

4- Some tapping will bring Only the Audio part back to life while no LEDs on the PNA-PNB boards are working.

5- While not working, The Motif’s test mode T03 still sees all the buttons. Only the Button’s LEDs don’t respond.

6- On CN4 on the JKAN-JA Board, Only the +5V is present, I don’t read the +12V/-12V from Pin 3&6;It seems that something is loose somewhere because the Tapping restore the whole keyboard to its normal functionning. But it is random and I can bring it back all the time.
