I'm using an MODX6 connected with a 5pin to a UR22mkII, serial connection to Windows 10 running Reaper.
Can play and record midi from the keyboard, but can't get the arppegiator to drive it.
When I change Arp MIDI Out from off to on there is not change. The Arpeggiator box on the display doesn't move to the left like it should to be routed to MIDI Out - Ch 10.

Did you turn Local Control to OFF?
See the bottom of page 189 of the reference doc
Arp Rec on DAW
Use this setting when recording this instrument’s performance including Arpeggio data to the DAW
software.
Local Control Direct Monitor Output Select Arp MIDI Out
Off On Main L&R On
