In some of the PARTS in a Performance, I can't assign any parameters to the Super Knob.
Part> Edit > Mod / Control > Control Assign:
There are no plus signs to add a parameter.

This can happen if you've used all 16 destinations which is the maximum count per Part. In which case, none of the controllers would show a [+] (including Super Knob).
If you go the the [PERFORMANCE] (HOME) screen and touch on each Part's volume which will place a white box around the volume meter then look at the [CONTROL ASSIGN] button. Another clue would be that the [CONTROL ASSIGN] button would be lit up for all Parts that have destinations to spare and the button will not be illuminated if all Destinations are used.
If you want to see the destinations to count them - go to the same screen for the given Part you have a left a screenshot for. Change the "Display Filter" to "All" and then in the upper-right be sure to page back and forth through all pages and see if you've used 16 Destinations.
