No - a 'scene' is a set of parameters

BPM relates to tempo and the rate at which notes are played.

Those notes can be played by you pressing keys on the keyboard. Or they can be played by
a sequence or arp. The timing of the notes in a sequence or arp will determine the BPM for those.

So you would use scenes to change the sequence or arp and the new seq/arp could have a different tempo/bpm if you want. But since each part in a scene can have a different arp make sure they use the same timing if that is what you want.

One way to put it all together is to chain your scenes together using the pattern sequencer. See this article for how to do that.
https://yamahasynth.com/learn/montage/mastering-montage-modx-pattern-sequencer-features-in-os-v3

Using the techniques shown in the article you can set each scene to be in effect for a specific number of measures and then automatically change to the next scene without you needing to do anything yourself. You can 'play' the scenes in any order you specify.

Once again though you aren't telling is WHAT IT IS you are wanting to do so it makes it hard to help you do it.
