How to make Performance enough

I'm looking for advice from experienced people.

I see the drums usually velocity is 32 and normal voice velocity is 24. What is meant? Should this standard be adhered to?

I would not like to have random settings for all presets. Usually I follow the velocity 24 although it began to seem to me that my presets did not sound bright enough. Zero velocity is hardly.

Where is better to set common loudness? I like to use common part 2-band EQ +dB is it good way?

Where is I can to use sustain pedal? Can I use as to switch elements ON/OF ?

I need anything to switch two voices per time bass ON chord OF bass OF chord ON etc.

You cannot use the sustain pedal to do fancy things.  The sustain pedal is a one trick pony - although there is at least one Ideascale suggesting to do more with it.  To switch on/off different Parts you would use SCENE buttons.

I don't follow your velocity comment.

I impact common loudness by turning up or down my studio monitors.  I'm sure I've missed the details of your question here too.
