I've submitted a few ideas to YamahaSynth.Ideascale.com regarding [KBD CTRL] and if you like these ideas and would like to see them as features in a future software release, please log into ideascale and 'Up Vote' them:

1. Add [KBD CTRL] to SCENEs!!

I've submitted this to Ideascale, hoping that Yamaha will consider adding [KBD CTRL] to SCENES mixing area, so that we can switch Scenes with different layers and splits, without PARTs/Sounds getting cut off like they can with just using 'Mute'! This would basically allow for 'SSS-like' switching while changing scenes within the same performance. Currently SSS does not function within a single performance! It only applies when switching between two different Performances...

Who wouldn't like to have the option of layering more than 8 part strings/sounds/piano and be able to play it on the keyboard..!?

2. Expand [KBD CTRL] to 16 parts:

So that we are no longer bound to just parts 1-8. Change it so that we can have parts 1-16 available to layer/split/etc. at the same time all via KBD CTRL, so that we could potentially have 16 parts playable at the same time!
Even if they can change it to 12 parts, that would be awesome too...!!
