wondering how to change different midi receive channels on my modx6.

Please see page 54 (MIDI Transmit and Receive Channels) in your MODX Owner’s Manual for an explanation of how MIDI works on your MODX. If you then have a specific question on how to do a specific thing, post back with details about what you’re trying to do.
“MIDI I/O Mode” is found as follows:
Press [UTILITY] > touch “Settings” > “Advanced”
