I currently do not have a MODX, but obviously I'm very interested in the MODX7, however, a big worry for me is the lack of Aftertouch.
My question is thus, If I connect a keyboard (Genos) to the MODX the Genos will output the AfterTouch Data BUT will the MODX be able to process the info within the Midi Signal.
I would suspect that the MODX will not be able to process the data (AfterTouch) although all the other data would be processed as normal.
I'm really after a definitive answer rather than "It Should" or "Might NOT Work"

The MODX responds to Channel Aftertouch.
It is the MODX keybeds that do not generate Aftertouch, but the tone generator fully responds to Aftertouch coming in via MIDI.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. It is a great worry put to bed. Now I need to see what the waiting times are in the UK. They appear to Available to Order Only.
