is there any way I can use Yamaha AG06 (or AG03) as USB Audio IN from MODX USB Audio OUT? I would like to use it's 24/192 properties instead "basic" audio out from MODX...

Interfacing digitally over USB can use no better than the least common frequency and bit width. If you find a 256bit 8192kHz audio interface, MODX will still only be able to communicate at its lower bit and frequency rates. Even if direct connect over USB worked, it wouldn't work the way you're hoping.
If you connect analog to an audio interface then the digital side to the computer will now be as good as the audio interface which can exceed MODX's digital (USB) specs.
