Hello guys. I need some help. I have MPC X, which I have connected on midi to MODX. The problem is that when i try to make a track,i press play for the first time its okay but when i go play it for the second time modx lags behind, like for 0.3 seconds,what could be the problem here?

You make no mention of MIDI SYNC.
You have to set the MODX to follow external MIDI Clock, and you have to send MIDI Clock from the MPC X.
On the MODX:
Press [UTILITY]
Touch “Settings” > “MIDI I/O” > set “MIDI SYNC” = MIDI
See the documentation of the MPC X to find out how to send MIDI CLOCK Out on the connection going to the MODX
If you are using USB this means you need the “Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver v2.0.3” and you must send clock on “MODX Port 1“

Hello. I have tried doing that but its the same. Also i tried that yamaha is the master and mpc is the slave but it still doesn't work. What else can I try? I will look up mpc documents too.
