I'm having difficulty mastering recording in the performance mode on the Modx8. It doesn't seem to function like the other Modx models. Can anyone offer guidance or reference any resources. I haven't been able to find any. Basically, when you add a new track after recording, that track is set to what was pre-recorded. When you try to record something for the new track, it registers on all of the tracks, even when you have "solo" function on. Maybe I'm just confused and not doing something right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When adding a new Track to existing Tracks, make sure the “Record Type” = Overdub (not “Replace” )
Overdub = adding new data to existing data
Replace = replace previous recording with this new recording.
