What are the possibilities that MODX offers me to manipulate and modify internal and my own samples/waves placed in an external USB stick?
I have in mind the Roland V synth, I know that they are two different machines, but is there a function in the MODX that comes close to the features of the VariPhrase and the Time Trip Pad? I mean the playback location and speed of the wave can be changed in real time, it also lets me control the playback without affecting the pitch

I'm not aware that you can alter the loop points, direction, or speed of a sample in real-time. This sort of thing is pre-"baked" into the "Waveform" (a sample or collection of samples with other parameters).

Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R
