I'm learning Don't Stop Til You Get Enough by Michael Jackson and I want to cover all the string parts.
I'm trying to figure out how to emulate the string falls/stabs/stinger, not sure how else to describe them. The first one happens at 0:33 seconds.

Pitch wheel doesn't sound authentic.
Any suggestions?

The string fall can be found by recalling the Single Part String Performance “Disco AF1”

This is accomplished with the Pitch Envelope Generator — Elements 4 and 5 respond to velocities above 101-127
Each has a PEG that drives the tuning downward (two different PEGs to give it an ensemble feel) when you exceed the Velocity 101 (close to perfect for this very common riff/hit in dance music of the 70s.

Compare the Element’s PEG to see how normal behavior is steady from start to finish, but Element’s 4 and 5 both have downward movement. Move the cursor so that it highlights each of the PEG settings — the white pixel in the graphic will indicate where in the envelope timeline you are editing.
