I want to fix the level of the superknob on scene 6 a bit higher (i.e. 60) than the default minimum value (i.e. 35) out of 127. This can be done by recording the parameters using "scene store" function.
The thing is, when using the sequencer, the scene 6 settings are bypassed : when playing from any scene to scene 6, superknob value immediatly goes down to 35. I can check this watching the Performance/Motion control/Superknob dashboard : position starts from 60 and furtively turns to 35. Without the sequencer, no problem, I can navigate from and to scene 6 recovering each of the formerly stored desired values.
What I am missing ?

It is stored only if you have activated the “Super Knob” Memory Switch.
From the HOME screen
Touch “Scene” (first column, left side)
Along the top of the Scene screen are the 8 Scenes, the one that is active is bright (lit)
Make sure the “Super Knob” Memory Switch = On and the value of the Super Knob is what you desire for the active Scene.
Extra Credit:
The Super Knob will reset to this “stored” value whenever you select this Scene, and the Super Knob will remain at the current value until it gets a message to change to something else.
You can, on the Scene screen move through the various Scenes - set the Super Knob value you desire for each.
If the “Super Knob” Memory Switch is Off, the value of the Super Knob will stay as set in the previous Scene.
Items you set on the “Scene” memory switch screen are a record of what is stored in each of the 8 Scenes. Any and all changes made on this screen are immediately stored as the Scene condition.

I am annoyed with a behaviour I would like to get rid of.
Inside scene 6, I want to modulate the part using the superknob so that I rotate clockwise and slightely counterclockwise ad libitum. But, when scene 6 ends and repeats from measure 1, unfortunately superknob value returns to the initial value recorded with scene 6 while I'd like the superknob-modulated part sounding like I left the knob (not to the initial level).
Hope it makes sens.

Yes, it does. This is normal behavior. The Scene Memory stores the Super Knob position at the very start of the Pattern Scene… so that whenever the Scene is recalled, it restores that value — much the same as a MIDI Track event asking a Crash cymbal to sound would occur when the Pattern Scene cycles back to the top. But with one VERY significant difference: there is no Track event for the Scene Memory. This is held in a special “header” which you can determine *when* it is applied separate from your music data.
Is there a way to avoid this phenomenon ?
Fortunately, yes there is. Here’s how it works:
Background:
In the Performance Scene Memory, the Super Knob position can be stored
From the HOME screen touch “Scene”
Along the top are the 8 possible Scene, 1-8
Turn the MEMORY Switch for “Super Knob” = On
Tap “Super Knob”
Enter the value you want for this Scene. 0 minimum thru 127 maximum.
As you know, you can set a different value for each of the eight Scenes.
If you do not enter a value for a Scene, it will inherit the value of the preceding Scene.
Did you know…?
— that when performing with Pattern Scenes “live” you can dynamically change the LENGTH… (we’ll call this the “playback Length” to differentiate it from the “record Length”
When the “POSITION” measure/beat/clock counter cycles to 001:1.000 we know the Super Knob’s initial position will be recalled…
Solution: you can simply move the cursor over the LENGTH parameter and delay when it will cycle to recall measure 001:1.000
In other words, say your Scene 6 was recorded with “Length” = 8 measures originally… this would mean, if playback Length = 8 every time it reached that playback Length - the Super Knob position will return to initial value. But by changing that Length during playback, you can delay the return to the top of the Scene … use the Data Dial and spin it up to 16 measures, or any value you desire. Simply don’t let it cycle back to measure 1 until you are ready. By changing the playback Length to 16 you are delaying the Super Knob position recall.
Musically, please note that Scene Super Knob position recall message is independent from Track events. So even though your recorded music data cycles 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 to do playback Length = 16…. the Super Knob will only be recalled after the currently shown “playback Length” is reached (every 17th measure)
Record Length = your original Phrase Length
Playback Length = how many measure you let play before resetting the Scene Memory functions.
