The YamahaMusicSoft website:

Currently shows the following for the synth voice library:
874 waveforms. Linear data = 1.1GB, Compressed = 423.5MB
My analysis shows this is not correct. The set has the following statistics:
Total Waveforms: 5
Total Keybanks (samples): 874
Waveform detail:
001: 1_low 001.wav
--> Contains 217 Keybanks (samples)
002: 2_low-mid 001.wav
--> Contains 219 Keybanks (samples)
003: 3_high-mid 001.wav
--> Contains 219 Keybanks (samples)
004: 4_high 001.wav
--> Contains 146 Keybanks (samples)
005: 5_release 001.wav
--> Contains 73 Keybanks (samples)
"Waveforms" appears to be used incorrectly for the Chick's Mark V statistics on Yamahamusicsoft.

Thank you for pointing this out. It was a simple mistake in wording between waveform and keybanks

I also just added the Mark V and was wondering where all 874 waveforms were. Thanks for the correction.
