If I create click tracks as wav files (such as the one in my YouTube link attached) can they be uploaded to the Motif and Montage for use as a backing track during live performance? (Ie, able to play an instrument part while utilising click track as backing drum track)?

It is unclear what your video refers to... here’s what I mean, you cannot Load an audio clip that is 10+ minutes long to the MONTAGE.
There is a maximum length record time for any .Wav loaded to the synth ... I believe the limit is still 6 minutes, 20 seconds is the longest a single audio sample can be...
We can’t tell what the the data looks like... more useful would a description of the size, length and format of the audio. They should be 16-bit or 24-bit, up to 44.1kHz, Stereo or mono, and less than 64MB In size (6min:20sec).
Just listening to a few seconds of that recording it is also impossible to tell where 1 is (as in the downbeat) — to work as a sample in the Synthesizer... cueing the start point accurately is essential. Unclear from just listening where the downbeat is... and do you need to have it so you can adjust tempo?
A bit more information would be helpful.
The MONTAGE has its own tools for generating/outputting click tracks (just thought we’d mention that).
