Does the montage have a special place for storing “favorite” drum kits? Do you favorite these the same way you favorite any other performance (part)? Once favorited are favorite drum kits and other performances all appear in the same Place? In any order?

The MONTAGE stores Drum Kit Performances in the same way it stores any Performance... to the User Bank. You can mark it as “Favorite” the same as you would any AWM2 or FM-X Part Performance. If you mark it as “Favorite” it will be identified by the yellow star. It will appear when you Category Search with the Bank = Favorite.

Any Drum Kit, (Factory Preset, User, Library) can be marked as a “Favorite”

You can mark several Drum Kits as Favorite. If, when conducting a search, all you do is set “Bank” = Favorite, then All Favorite items will be shown. If, however, you further define the search to Main = Drum/Perc, then just your “Favorite”, “Drum/Perc” items will appear in the result field. How they are listed in the result is up to the options along the bottom of the screen. “Default” is how they would appear on a list, “Name” is alphabetical (reversible), “Date” is the order in which they were created (reversible). You reverse the list by tapping them to toggle direction.
