When using Cubase 9 Pro with my Montage, I have things set up so that when I change the tempo in the Cubase Transport display, the tempo in the Montage changes to reflect the Cubase tempo. I think I accomplished this by telling Cubase to send MIDI clock to the Montage.
I've been looking to see if I can make things behave the same way with Cubasis. So far, I haven't found a way.
Cubasis has a setting for sending MIDI clock, but it doesn't give you a way of saying which device(s). I have that turned on, but the tempo on the Montage doesn't sync when I change the tempo in Cubasis.
Is there a way to do this?
Hi Michael, yes you can 😉
Set the Montage in USb mode of course in montage, utility > settings > Midi I/O
On tempo settings set midi sync to "MIDI"
On Cubasis midi settings set like this :
Change the tempo on cubasis and launch the sequence, the tempo setting will be send when you press "play" 😉
It's work for me.
