Currently enjoy playing around with my MOX8 but I am wanting to look into the Montage. Went by one of the stores yesterday and their Yamaha guy was not there. There was a nice kid who tried to help but he said the Montage was WAY out there for him 🙂
It's beautiful, what I was able to play around with was quite stunning with the voices.
A question I had was if it had the pre-made Performance Lists and Master Assign lists like the MOX? For example you can pull up Urban Shuffle or Dark Continent on the MOX and use it to play around with various ideas without having to go build something first.

On Montage if you press the button labeled "CATEGORY SEARCH" - you can narrow down what you're looking at by category or search for a string. In documentation and the forum physical buttons are usually called out with brackets around them: [CATEGORY SEARCH].
