I've downloaded the latest OS, unzipped the download and copied it to a memory stick. It is the only file on the stick which was previously formatted to the Montage. I held down the up-cursor and utility buttons while switching on the Montage.
I get the message "Searching for the updater . . . NG" The 'NG' is in red and underneath is "Press (INC/YES) to retry".
I've done a factory reset and tried a few times but can't get beyond this. What am I doing wrong?

It's OK I've fixed it by re-formatting the memory stick and just loading the .pgm file onto it. There must have been remnants of the .readme file left on it
