Hello all, i would Like to ask some question About The Montage 8, (I have already order it) I would like to Know how many instrument the keyboard have onboard. The total memory On Board of Sound (Not the roomsize 5,67 and User 1,75). Thank You in advance

Hello Auriak,
MONTAGE will come with approx. 1,920 Performances. A part of them are Single Part Performances (formerly called Voices) and the other part are Multi Part Performances.

Thank You for The Answare, But this i already Read, I Meaned how many Voices Single Instrument, I have read Something not so Clear About Single Performance (maybe is this called Library performance? "5120") and Multi Performance (1920)

We don't have 'Voices' anymore. Every - let's say Voice from MOTIF XF series - has turned into a Single Part Performance. And all MOTIF XF Voices (512 plus Drum Sets) are present in MONTAGE as a Single Part Performance. So you can assume about 1,900 Preset Performances divided in Single Part and Multi Part Performances. This might be more clear as you can check out MONTAGE in a store or when the Data List is ready.

Another Question, Is Possible to Use The Montage Audio Card Direcly With Ableton Live?

Montage has a built-in Audio and MIDI interface; 32-in/6-out audio for your computer via USB and works with any DAW that supports an ASIO driver. It will use the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver. So yes, Ableton Live, no problem.

Hello some small more Questions,
1° There is No way to Add Other Memory Ram / Ssd or Hard Disk Internal not even in the future?
2° You can Use an External hard Drive / Ssd (usb 3.0) for keep loadable Performance ecc.?
3° The Real Big Difference between The Montage and all the other keyboard are the sound quality? 😉
