Hi I just noticed this after 4 years. I go to my user performaances and sort by recent. I call up the most recent performance I made. Go back to performance view.
Now If I want to advance to the next user performance I would think pressing INC button would do that instead it switches to the next library set - the first performance. I figured all this time those keys dont work.

Today I pressed DEC instead and it goes through all my performances. Why is that? are there any other tips here, Do the INC DEC keys respond differently depending on the sort view in the category search?

When I go back to category view it set back to default sort so thats kind of messed up as well.

If you recall the most recent Performance made (in your user area) - then wouldn't this also mean that this Performance is the LAST Performance in your user area?

If you press "[INC]", it's the same, generally, as rolling the jog wheel by one tick. And rolling the jog wheel by one tick when on the home screen (and the entire Performance is selected, not just a PART) will go to the next Performance.

If you're at the last User Performance - then it makes sense to me that the next Performance, in order, is the first Library's first Performance.

Sort order should only change operation in the context of a given category search screen and wouldn't/shouldn't affect anything when you exit the screen.

I'm kind of glossing over how [CATEGORY SEARCH] remembers (or doesn't) where you left off. That's been pointed out by various users and I think some things have gotten better. I haven't really tested this fully with the latest firmware - but I'm not surprised if it still doesn't do the preferred thing for some. I'm glossing over because it seems like a heavy rock to move and "is what it is".
